Scott Capitan is in a word INCREDIBLE. You CAN’T meet a more professional, experienced, nicer man, than Scott. He is timely, professional, and incredibly competent. I teach customer service for a high profile insurance company, and I use him as an example as how to treat customers. To add icing on the cake- I had an issue this past week late at night, and he came out on the drop of a hat and remedied my situation -so I had hot water in the morning for a shower. I can’t possibly recommend this man more highly. Simply the best.
